Usually starting at around 6 months of age, obedience training teaches your puppy how to be a good all around companion while providing the foundation a hunting dog needs. We will work on lead and progress into off lead training with commands such as Sit, Here, Heel, Down, No, and Kennel. 

Looking for that perfect hunting companion for the casual weekend duck hunt? Then the Gun Dog Package is the perfect package for you. While in the program, your dog will learn force-fetch, the hold command, pick up marks, and deliver the bird to the handler's hand. Your dog will be introduced to gun shots, blinds, duck calls and many more other experiences during this stage of training.  Your dog will be able to perform simple blind retrievals in open water and little cover upon completion of this training. 

Our Master Level Package includes everything included in the Obedience and Gun Dog Packages and furthers them into advanced skills such as handling, hand signals, multiple marks at long distances and blind retrievals. Upon completion of our Master Level training, your dog will be the perfect hunting companion for any environment and be able to compete in master level AKC Hunt Tests.
